So, like, this digital app for pilgrimage travel services was officially launched during the Kick Off Meeting 2025 event at Hotel Mercure Batavia in Jakarta on Thursday (1/5/2025). About 300 peeps from various parts of Indo, including management and field teams, attended the event.
The app, called “Tanur App 1.0,” was developed by the legit pilgrimage travel company, PT Tanur Muthmainnah Tour, licensed by the Ministry of Religion. The company’s CEO, Muhammad Reza Fahlevi, explained that the app is designed to facilitate the registration process, document monitoring, and digital administration of Umrah and Hajj travels.
Some of the features it offers include online registration, document and visa tracking, departure notifications, and automatic payment systems. The organizers mentioned that the app launch is part of their digital transformation efforts to enhance the efficiency and transparency of pilgrimage services.
“We’re committed to keep innovating to provide professional, modern, and trustworthy services to pilgrims. With Tanur App 1.0, everything becomes more efficient, from registration to departure. And this app also ensures the security for pilgrims during transactions,” he said.
The app is available in two versions for pilgrims and agent partners, and can be downloaded from Google Play Store and App Store. The Kick Off Meeting 2025 also included presentations on company policies, service targets, quality evaluations, and partnership programs for the coming year.
The event wrapped up with awards given to outstanding agents and teams from the previous year. Not really sure why this matters, but it’s cool to see recognition for hard work, right?
