The fisherman, identified as RA, reported the discovery of a male body floating in the waters near Marunda Port, North Jakarta. The victim was later identified as Hendrawan Ostevan, a retired Brigadier General.
Head of Public Relations at Polda Metro Jaya, Commissioner Polisi Ade Ary Syam Indradi, disclosed that CCTV footage related to the case has been obtained. The footage shows the retired TNI officer driving a Toyota Vios with license plate number B-1606-LB entering the Marunda KCN Dock at 00:35 AM. Subsequent surveillance captures the vehicle driving along Kade 07-08 until it plunges into the sea at the dock’s end.
