Hasto’s status as a suspect in the case of bribery for the Replacement of Members of the Indonesian House of Representatives 2019-2024 and obstruction of the investigation into the Harun Masiku case will be investigated.

Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto, the spokesperson for the KPK, confirmed the summons for Hasto as a suspect, stating that he will be questioned at 10:00 AM at the Red and White Building of the KPK. Hasto is alleged to have conspired with Harun to bribe former KPU commissioner Wahyu Setiawan.
