In line with President Prabowo Subianto’s priority program, the Creative Economy Movement (Gekrafs) has launched a social action to share thousands of lunch packages across Indonesia.
### Nationwide Distribution
A total of 7,000 lunch packages were distributed to 18 provinces, covering 22 cities, and spread across 29 distribution points, including Aceh, Jambi, Bengkulu, South Sumatra, DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Yogyakarta, Central Java, East Java, Bali, South Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, as well as Papua and Papua Highlands.
Kawendra Lukistian, the Chairman of Gekrafs, stated that this initiative aligns with the ongoing program of the President to promote optimal nutrition for the public.
### Supporting Health and Welfare
By providing nutritious food aid, he hopes to support the government’s efforts to improve the quality of health and welfare of the Indonesian people. The activity also aims to assist underprivileged communities and children in need.
“This movement is more than just a celebration. We want to share happiness and benefits with those in need, especially the less fortunate and children,” said Kawendra on Wednesday (1/22/2025).
### Collaboration and Impact
This program was made possible through collaborations with various parties, such as Baba Rafi, Alumni of SMAN 28 Jakarta, Rumah Tahfidz Apung Kamal Muara, Rumah Quran Daarul Ihsan Muara Angke, Marhamah Foundation Boarding School, and Mu’awanatul Ikhwan Jakarta Islamic School.
Each lunch package contains a main course, milk, and other supplementary foods designed to meet the nutritional needs of the recipients. The distribution was carried out evenly and targeted those in genuine need.
### Grateful Recipients
One beneficiary in Papua Highlands, Martinus, expressed gratitude and hope for the assistance received. He shared, “We are very grateful for this attention. This aid means a lot to us, especially for the children here. I hope Gekrafs continues to progress and helps many people.”
In addition, Kawendra hopes this program will inspire other communities to keep alive the spirit of mutual cooperation and compassion.
### Conclusion
On the special occasion of Gekrafs’ 6th anniversary, let us all be reminded that collective care can create real change. Gekrafs will continue to be present and contribute as an integral part of society.
By coming together and supporting those in need, we can truly make a difference in the lives of others. Let’s continue to spread kindness and generosity, following the inspiring example set by Gekrafs.
