The West Java Regional Police have officially limited the operation of freight transport on toll roads during the long holidays for Isra Miraj and Imlek from the 25th to Wednesday, the 29th of January, 2025. This restriction is put in place to minimize the potential traffic congestion on toll roads. The Director of Traffic of the West Java Regional Police, Kombes Pol Ruminio Ardano, stated that the policy of restricting freight transport operations is outlined in a joint decision on the regulation of road traffic and crossings during the long holidays. With this policy, it is hoped to provide comfort to toll road users.
Reason for Limiting Freight Transport Operations
The limitations were made in the interest of safety, security, comfort, and orderliness during the long holidays of Isra Miraj and Imlek, as mentioned by Ardano on Saturday, January 25, 2025. The restrictions apply to freight vehicles with 3 or more axles, freight vehicles with trailer attachments, and freight vehicles carrying excavation materials, mining products, and building materials.
Implementation Details

The enforcement of the limitation on freight transport operations on toll roads began on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 00.00 WIB until Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 24.00 WIB.
