Located adjacent to Nanggela Village in Mandirancan District, Kuningan Regency, RS Paru Sidawangi is projected to be the East Region Referral Hospital of West Java. Some of its buildings extend into Kuningan Regency, making it the sole property of the West Java Provincial Government.
